Individual Adult Psychology

My focus with adult psychology is assisting patients to understand their problems and finding practical ways to actively work towards a healthy, positive frame of mind. Whether the issue is related to an individual’s current situational status, or something that stems from past experiences, therapy sessions will encourage patients to unlock the root of the problem and find individualised, realistic and proactive ways to work through the emotional and mental aspects related to the cause, as well as supplying the tools to move forward with their lives in a strong state of mental health.

I can perform clinical diagnoses of depression, identity disorder, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia and all other related mental illnesses. Once diagnosed, I will suggest the best course of action to properly assist the patient, whether it be therapy sessions with me or referrals to other mental health practitioners.
